According to what happened with big companies in the economic crisis I can make my own conclusion that every business need personal touch to struggle against crisis. Personal touch in this case means we need to use our personal behavior to minimize the expense in order to get more profit to cover the overall cost of business. With personal way people are able to manage company like manage a family. It is simplified and easy to understand what problem that the company has. You should try this one to get success in your business process.
